Dear customer, we provide you with a service that lets you check the status of a registered item that you sent through the Brazilian Post.
Please note that registered items sent from abroad can be tracked only after they are received by the Brazilian Post.
We welcome your suggestions for new topics, or additions to this material.
The item identifier will enable you to locate either a postal item only or a list of postal items – should you want to simutaneously check a set of postal items with unsequenced identifiers.
Information about the postal items will be available for a 3-month period after their mailing.
International track-and-trace service
Economy and priority international shipping, as well as Sur Postal Expresso items (reference numbers starting with “XR or R” and ending with “BR”) are only tracked up until the point that they leave Brazil.
