Postal bank - Plus account

It is the deposit account offered by postal bank that allows automatic forwarding of all deposits to the savings account and in case you need to cover deposit account balance, automatic transfer of corresponding value in savings account to this account is performed. In othe words, a deposit account with the same savings yield on the balance that remains there during a month. It can be operated or consulted in any Postal Bank agency, in Banco do Brasil (our partner) agencies and in all service network, BB call center and BB Internet Banking. You account may have a checkbook*, loans* and credit cards*. * Subject to analysis and approval by partner bank.


Service availability: In all national territory, in Correios post offices that operate as Postal Bank. 

How it works:

How to open your account?
The pre-opening of Plus Account can be made at any Postal Bank agency.   

Required documentation – Natural person (you)
Present originals and two copies of each of the following documents:
-
Identity card (RG), National Driver’s Licence (CNH) or Work and Social Security card;- TIN; - Proof of address*.

Obs: Evidence of income will only be required when there is request of checkbook, credit card, loan or any other credit modality.   

*The following proofs of address are accepted:  

 - Water, electricity, telephone, gas or pay television bills, duly paid and issued or posted for at least 90 days in his/her own name or on behalf of relative since link is proved;
- Rent receipt, condominium fee receipt, lease contract or correspondence posted in Correios since it contains Correios stamp or seal or CIF bar code on the document and since it is not personal;

- For persons living in rural area, the certificate of registration of rural property (CCIR), issued by INCRA, ITR payment voucher relative to current year (or previous year, in case maturity date has not arrived), PRONAF Aptitud Declaration (DAP) are accepted.   

Required documentation – Juridical person (your company)
Originals and two copies of the following documents: 

From legal representatives:

- Identity card (RG), Driver’s Licence or Work and Social Security card; - CPF (TIN).

- Proof of address* - Proxy in case of procurator. 
- Personal documents (ID and TIN) of company associate spouse.

 

From the company**: - Declaration of Individual Commercial Registration and CNPJ (corporate taxpayer’s registry); - Certificate of incorporation and CNPJ (corporate taxpayer’s registry); - statute, Representative election minute and CNPJ (corporate taxpayer’s registry); - corporate bylaws, Representative election minute and CNPJ (corporate taxpayer’s registry); - statute, Representatives appointment and CNPJ (corporate taxpayer’s registry); - statute, Representative election minute and CNPJ (corporate taxpayer’s registry);

- Publication of representative formation and appointment in Federal Gazette; - All eventual statutory alterations;  - Company billing in the last 12 months.
