Temporary measure for facilitating our customer experience

In view of the duration of the partial work stoppage, along with the harmful impacts of the Covid 19 pandemic on our workforce, we inform that as of September 17, stored PAC items will indefinitely be available for delivery to their recipients at our retail postal outlets (thus beyond the 15 calendar days from their being received, initially referred to in our Release #54).

Such a temporary measure aims at facilitating our customer experience, then avoiding their PAC shipments to be prematurely sent back to their respective senders.

Our customer care teams are available at any time for both further information and proper help.
