PAC shipment delivery in retail postal outlets is over

 To our customer audience

 We inform that PAC shipment deliveries in our retail network are over. Correios has resumed the routine delivery services as before the strike, since our employees on work stoppage have returned to work.

Pending delivery items that are still stored in our retail outlets are available for withdrawal by their respective recipients. In the event of this not occuring, they will gradually be reinserted into and tracked within the postal traffic for delivery to their final recipients.  

Besides ordering all strikers to return to work, the Superior Labor Court (TST) decided on September 21 to cause part of the strike days to be made up by the employees on strike. Such make up days will boost our delivery capacity within the framework of our Business Continuity Plan so as to return to normality as soon as possible across the country. Dedicated delivery task forces comprised of volunteer office clerks as well as operational personnel keep on performing core operations too.
